Setup: the competitor brands you want to track have to exist for your company. Send the list to your CSM, who sets them up on the Diduenjoy side.
Overview
The analysis compares each of your stores with one competitor store per brand, and that mapping is what you maintain here. A store with no competitor mapped still shows its own reviews, with nothing to compare them against.
Map competitors to one store
- Open the configuration page. In Settings, under the Admin section of the left menu, click External benchmark. The page shows a search field, an
Auto-fillbutton, anAdd storebutton, and a table with one row per store of yours and one column per competitor brand.
- Open the configuration dialog. Click
Add storeat the top right. The Configure a new store dialog opens.
- Select your store. Pick it in the
Your storedropdown, which lists only the stores that have at least one competitor store available. A store with no competitor at all is absent from this dropdown, and still appears in the analysis with its own reviews and no comparison.
- Select a competitor for each brand you want to compare against. Each brand has its own dropdown, listing that brand's stores from the closest to the farthest with the distance in meters, so the first entries are the ones your customers actually compare you to. One brand is enough, and you can leave the others empty.
- Save. Click
Add. The store appears as a row in the table, with the competitor you chose in each brand column. Reviews are collected once a day, so the competitor data reaches the analysis the following day.

Map every store at once with Auto-fill
- Open the configuration page. In Settings, under the Admin section, click External benchmark.
- Start the operation. Click
Auto-fillat the top right, then confirm.
- Review the result. For every store, the closest competitor of each brand is now mapped, and a cell is left empty where a brand has no competitor within range. Every mapping stays editable, and the analysis picks them up the following day.
Edit or remove a configuration
Use the Search field to filter the table down to the store you want, then act on its row through the Actions column, at the far right of the table.
- Change the competitors. Click the pencil action to open the Edit store dialog, pre-filled with the current mapping. Change the selection in any brand dropdown, then click
Save.
- Remove the store from the benchmark. Click the bin action, then confirm in the Delete store dialog. The row disappears and the store no longer has a competitor in the analysis, where its own reviews remain visible.
