Overview
Two things download from Text analytics: the verbatim list, with the comments themselves, and the Tag Breakdown table, with the figures per tag. Both go through the same dialog and both let you pick the columns, so you can hand a colleague the three columns they asked about rather than everything.
Export what you have on screen
- Set up what you are exporting. Show or hide what you need before you start. Your filters and your period apply to the file as well, which means the file matches what you are reading, not the whole dataset.
- Open the download dialog. Click
Download, above the verbatim list or above the Tag Breakdown table.
- Choose the format. The verbatim list downloads as XLSX or as PDF. The Tag Breakdown table downloads as XLSX.
- Choose the columns. Keep the default selection, or pick Custom and tick only the columns you want in the file.
- Export. Click
Export. The file is not delivered in the page: it appears in the Exports section and you also receive it by email.
